He has served as the past president of several associations, including the Kawilihan Association of Southern California, Passinhon USA, and the SCAN Association of Carson, a political association that supports Filipino candidates.
Aside from his work in insurance and community involvement, Jose also enjoys several hobbies, including cycling, dancing, and playing pickleball.
