
Tina Salonga-Bulchand’s diverse background in business, marketing and non-profit management spans over 20 years. She is a visionary leader who has successfully managed multiple startup companies, locally and abroad, and helped sustain several Filipino American nonprofit orgs in Los Angeles. She is respected for her passion in helping organizations innovate, thrive, and grow, by creating value-added programs, training and mentoring, and driving successful risk management initiatives . Tina is experienced in strategic organizational development, events management, fundraising and grant writing, education and training, as well as financial management of federal, local and private fund sources.
Tina served as the Interim Executive Director for FilAmArts, as well as the Director for Programs and Services of SIPA. She works as a Research Administrator at UCLA, managing a multi-million research grants portfolio. Tina has a Master’s Degree in Community Psychology from Antioch University, and a BA in Philosophy from the University of the Philippines-Diliman.
